Where to watch The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives in Australia

Seeing as Bravo holds a very profitable monopoly over the Real Housewives of just about every city and county of America, Disney-owned Hulu had to think outside of the box when it came to its own addictive reality drama series. Enter #MomTok and the Mormon wives of Utah who made the hashtag viral enough to warrant its own television series. It's not often a reality show takes off like this in its first season, but there's so much sweaty scandal surrounding the MomTokkers and their swinging spouses that it's almost impossible to look away. So pour your Pinot Grigio down the sink and scratch Moccona off the shopping list, Disney Plus has the whole first season of The Secret Lives of Mormons Wives. Hey, that rhymes.  

Ever since its September 6 premiere, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has been streaming on Disney Plus. The first season consists of eight episodes, typically 45 minutes a piece. The second season is already in production. Being a Hulu original, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is exclusive to Disney Plus in Australia.

Like most of these shows, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives centers around a group of gals, each getting their share of screentime for one reason or another. What seperates Mormon Wives from other shows of its ilk is the scandal at the centre of this new series. It all begins with a TikTok influencer from Utah, Taylor Frankie Paul, who made international headlines when she discovered her husband had been swinging with other Mormonites. 

Mormon Wives kicks off a few months after the scandal hit and follows a group of friends who have come together in Utah via the MomTok trend. There are shocking twists, vicious power dynamics and whole lotta sin; all the ingredients for a gripping reality TV drama. 

Considering we don't have Hulu in Australia, you can find most of its content on Disney Plus here, including Hulu's other super-popular reality show The Kardashians.
