It should come as no surprise that Disney Plus is the place to be when it comes to streaming Marvel's Secret Invasion. If you don't see it in the carousel, you'll be able to find it via the section of the streamer dedicated to all things Marvel.

This corner of the Disney+ catalogue is also where you'll find the previous Avengers films, should you need to refresh or familiarise yourself with Nick Fury's previous team-ups and appearances.

Unlike most streaming services, Disney+ doesn't offer a free trial. Still, there is an opportunity to save if you sign up for an entire year in advance rather than pay month-t0-month. Disney Plus costs $13.99 per month or $139.99 for a year for the standard plan, which works out to around 10 months instead of 12.

What is Secret Invasion about?

If you're one of those long-time Marvel fans who has been waiting for Nick Fury to finally get his own solo outing, I've got some good news for you. Secret Invasion is essentially that. It's a six-part miniseries that centres on Samuel L. Jackson's saboteur as he is drawn into a web of conspiracy involving Ben Mendelsohn's Talos and the Skrulls.

The official synopsis for the series is as follows.

"Set in the modern day MCU, Nick Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill and the Skrull Talos, who has made a life for himself on Earth. Together, they race against time to thwart an imminent Skrull invasion and save humanity."

What is Disney+?

Disney+ is the premiere streaming service from the media juggernaut. It was released in late 2019 and hit the ground running with popular original series like The Mandalorian and Wandavision, and has continued to pump out originals from its growing portfolio of franchises. After Disney’s acquisition of Fox, Disney+ Star was added to the service, increasing the amount of more mature outings on the service from Fox’s range of properties (Alien, Predator, Die Hard etc.)

Disney Plus starts at $13.99 per month for the standard plan. This cheaper option lets you stream in up to HD quality in up to two places at once. The more expensive premium plan doubles that and upgrades the resolution to 4K.
