Nintendo has spent the last few months unveiling a whole host of Mario goodies to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. coming to the NES. Now, they're capping off the celebrations with two final announcements: a brand new Switch edition and an extended trailer for Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury.

First, the console. Nintendo has opted for an all-red console with blue accessories, which is certainly a choice. So far, the response from fans has varied wildly from 'this is amazing' to 'this is gaudy AF'. Either way, it's hitting Amazon, EB Games and JB Hi-Fi on February 12 for $469 if that's your thing.

Next up, we've got a new trailer for the Switch port of Super Mario 3D World, which originally launched on the Wii U back in 2013. It's not just a straight remake, however. The new release (which also lands on February 12) introduces online co-op mode, Amiibo support, faster-moving characters and, most excitingly, The Bowser's Fury expansion. Check it out below.
