Apple’s top apps of 2020 highlight what a weird year it’s been

In what is perhaps the understatement of the century, 2020 has been a pretty weird year. The country started out on fire, then you-know-what came and forced us inside for more than half the year, separated us from our families and friends, made us work from home and cancelled weddings, holidays and basically anything fun.

So, in a year unlike any most of us have ever experienced, it was always going to be interesting to see Apple's end-of-year app roundup, and boy does it paint a picture of how we all managed to make it through to December.
