Quick verdict: Laser 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Pad

This Laser power bank won't break your budget or blow away your expectations. It's thrifty and functional enough to get the job done, but lacks flair and special features.

In Australia, Laser 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Pad starts at $59.95. As far as where it sits within the brand's wider roster, it's more affordable than some of Laser's other triple or multi-charging kits but a sizable step up from its thriftiest wireless charging accessories.

That said, you might be able to save some cash if you shop around. Check out the table below for a round-up of Australian deals for the Laser 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Pad.

Laser 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Pad: Design and features

Laser 3 in 1 travel charger

While a low price-tag usually comes hand in hand with smaller expectations, the Laser 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Pad comes bundled with much more than the bare minimum. On top of the charging pad and the usual power cable, you also get a carry case.

Even if that's not exactly an earth-shattering innovation, it does go some ways towards making the humble hardware here easier to live with. In ways both big and small, the Laser 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Pad errs on the side of being more practical than premium.

As for the charger itself, what's here is shaped like a bandolier of magnetic coils. There are three in total, with the center pad a weak link. It can only offer wireless charging of up to 3W while the others can go all the way up to 15W. Granted, that upper limit only applies to Android devices. iOS smartphones are capped at 7.5W as the hardware isn't fully Made for MagSafe.

There's a single USB-C port that powers the accessory, but that's barely worth the time it takes to mention compared to the main attraction here. The most interesting part of the Laser 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Pad can be folded up when not in use. That makes it much easier and more convenient to carry around with you than a more rigid alternative might be.

You can also fold the peripheral into a makeshift stand for your phone to sit against while it's charging. Unfortunately, this possibility doesn't always place nice with larger handsets. Paired with the likes of the Google Pixel 9 XL Pro, I struggled to use the folded-up charger as a firm foundation for anything.

Laser 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Pad: Performance

Laser 3 in 1 travel charger

As with most wireless chargers, what you see is what you get with the Laser 3-in-1 travel wireless charger.

You've got three charging pads to choose from here. All three have magnetic coils in them for easier alignment, though the one intended for a set of AirPods is slightly off of center and not as strong as its siblings.

In any case, if you are looking to make full use of the outlay here then you're going to be capped out at the 18W of throughput that the USB-C port here allows for. That's not as fast as a wired fast-charger or even a high end wireless one, but if you're keen on something that can handle everything you might need there's a lot to like here.

Laser 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Pad: Is it worth the money?

Laser's 3-in-1 wireless charging pad isn't exactly revolutionary but it does deliver on the decent value that its flexible form-factor promises. If you're in the market for a travel-friendly wireless charger that feels as premium as your iPhone, this isn't it. However, if you're seeking a practical option that helps you offset the cost of a more expensive handset like the new iPhone 16 that is as compact as it is affordable then this might be what you're looking for.

It's not the most glamorous or the fastest wireless charger you can find but the lightweight form-factor and thrifty price-tag make Laser's 3-in-1 wireless charging pad a decent alternative that doesn't skimp on the fundamentals.
